Massage Therapy & Rolfing by Kristin Sloth

This weeks current availability. I specialize in deep tissue modalities and help people with pain, chronic muscle tightness, sports related injuries, post knee and hip replacement recovery and more.

I opened up my afternoon for massage tomorrow, Friday, September 25, and have availability from 12:15 to 5 PM.

If you’re dealing with aches and pains or need some time to de-stress, send me a message. 💆‍♀️

Well, that was a success… and fun! 😊
It’s been on my bucket list for a long time to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, and today was my first morning!
I helped apply a cement-like coating to the Styrofoam foundation and learned how the foundation itself was built using Styrofoam blocks, rebar, and concrete. So interesting!
I’ve always told my daughters to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, and today I had the chance to practice what I preach. I felt brave stepping into something unfamiliar, getting my hands dirty, and trying something new. Good things - and positive change - often happen on the other side of uncertainty.
I met a bunch of great people, learned something new, and I’m hoping to pick up some valuable skills along the way. I’ll definitely be back! 🔨🏠
