Being honest yourself and being honest others and asking for help. I’m struggling, but I couldn’t imagine how bad things would be if I was drinking, and I wasn’t in this community surrounded by such amazing people all doing their very best to live their best version of themselves!

Reality check, I don’t got it!

I am grateful every day I get to wake up, not only Free of the burden of alcohol, but also being able to work in this community walking side-by-side with so many amazing humans as they change their relationship with alcohol!

When I stepped into the health and wellness space it coincided with my removal of alcohol from my life and little did I know that I would land in one of the most amazing communities I’ve ever been a part of.

Alcohol, recovery… Reframe!

I found my calling in life, using my health and wellness coaching skills as well as my almost 8 year recovery from alcohol and many other underlying addictions. I’m not working in a space and connecting to community that is close to my story and closer to my heart.

My six months here at Reframe have been some of the most enriching and rewarding I have ever experienced in the workplace, I actually don’t even consider this a job. It’s more of a piece of my life that was meant to be put in motion.

I highly recommend anyone that is challenged with alcohol and are looking to change their relationship to it whether it be cutting back or eliminating this is the space to explore that!
