Happy holidays all!! Garrett and I will be donating 1$ from every haircut we do from now till Christmas. This year we want to support the kids in the area so we will be donating all proceeds to the Oneonta Boys & Girls Club! So many good things going on down there year round. From a couple Good Fella’s to you we want to wish you a Merry Christmas! Santa is all trimmed up and ready for action. This year I will be donating 1$ from every haircut we do from now till Christmas to the Family Services Association. There will also be a tote inside the barbershop for toys,books etc. that I will bring down there before Christmas. Also I want to welcome Garrett to our team he will be full time starting after the new year, I am looking forward to watching him grow as a barber and as a friend. One year ago I opened my doors at Goodefellas. I’ll never forget where I started my journey. This is one of the first haircuts I did in the barracks at Ft. Lee Virginia. My 8-year contract with the Army is officially completed as of today. I am forever grateful for the solid foundation the Army gave me as a soldier and as a barber. I hope to keep up the camaraderie here at the shop and encourage everybody who sits in my chair to keep pushing and keep the faith! Enjoy the rest of your summer! -Brad

Barber opens shop, seeks to be Good Fella in Oneonta Brad Jones is hoping to offer something a cut above. The 30-year-old Oneonta resident launched Good Fellas Barbershop at 105 Oneida St., Suite A, in early August.

Good morning and happy Veterans Day!! Any veteran can Stop down to Goodfellas from 9-5 today to meet your New York State VA rep Mike Angellotti! He will be handing out fresh connect checks worth 20$ which can be used for fresh produce and other food items at participating farmers markets in New York State! Also hot coffee and donuts donated by Lance Thomas, James Tomanio and Logan Wood. Thank you to all veterans for your service to our great country! -Brad
