Tami Barrios Rico is a Certified Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist with over 12 years of experience in the hair and makeup industry. She is a graduate from the well-known Citrus College Cosmetology Program, where she served as the president of her department. Her work has appeared in numerous editions of Playboy Magazine, LA fashion week, and multiple music videos. She has also enjoyed working with many awesome photographers, designers and some celebrities. Tami has been a part of fashion shows for Project Ethos (Fasion.Music.Art) and has enjoyed the satisfaction of creating that flawless look for many brides, quinceneras, sweet 16s, hair shows, and theatrical plays. For as long as she can remember, Tami has embraced makeup and hair as her biggest passions in life and her only interest is to make this passion contagious, to spread her love and appreciation of the art of hair and makeup to students who want to learn! Her 7 years experience in teaching has provided her students with the knowledge and integrity needed to succeed in life. She is proud to announce that her family is her best and biggest support team and is eternally grateful to everyone who has played a role in helping her ensure a successful career through the many opportunities and advantages she has been given. Tami believes that the most amazing feeling is to watch a person smile as they look at her work shown in the reflection of the mirror. In this profession is where she gains the most self satisfaction because it is in makeup and hair that she is able to help others in feeling more confident, beautiful, and flawless.
