Hey, guys! GIRL, LIFE HAS BEEN LIFE-ING! I know I’ve been MIA for a minute, and whew… between life changes, perimenopause, and not taking my Wellbutrin like I should have, let’s just say I was NOT okay. I’m grateful to say I’m in a much better place mentally, emotionally, and physically, but baby, I still have some work to do!

And yes, I’m BACK! It’s time to get back to pouring into ME, taking care of myself, and creating content again because I absolutely cannot look how I’ve been feeling! So today, we’re doing a little TOX! Because every girl deserves a little refresh.

And remember that beautiful Genesis? GONE! Totaled in a really bad car accident. Life has definitely been lifing, honey!

And I KNOW y’all see this ROCK on my finger! But that’s a story for another video because we have A LOT of catching up to do!
