It is Biketoberfest this weekend RegenFam so please stay alert 🚨 Traffic is pretty rough out and please keep extra eyes open for our family on bikes.

Did you know riding a motorbike for just 30–minutes has the same health benefits as going for a jog or completing a round of golf.? Crazy right 🤩 You engage so many muscle groups while riding a motorcycle. Core muscles are a key player though supporting your spine, hips, and shoulders, giving you the strength for good posture when riding your bike. If your back, neck, or shoulders are achy after your first ride in awhile, this is a sure sign you need to work on your core.

And of course get a massage 😉

🌿 What’s Fascia, and Why Does It Matter? 🌿

Ever feel stiff or achy and can’t figure out why? That might be your fascia acting up! Fascia is like a stretchy web that wraps around all your muscles and organs. It helps everything in your body move smoothly. But, sometimes it can get tight, just like wearing a shirt that’s too snug!

I’d really like to thank my boss for letting me put Halloween pumpkins EVERYWHERE, occasionally allowing me to take a lunch break (when she remembers those are a thing 😂), and letting me play rock music while I massage!

I’d also like to thank her for pushing me to expand my horizons this year! For taking the leap into hosting my very first retreat, creating some pretty awesome classes and experiences, and finding new ways to share my love of meditation, rituals, and all things a little magical with other people. 💜✨

She’s really let me spread my wings this year, try new things, get a little weird, and turn some of those crazy ideas floating around in my head into actual experiences!
