What do you do when you start to feel overwhelmed from@infertility and the everyday hustle?

Infertility is weird. You feel like the world is moving by so quickly yet so slowly at the same time. Everyone around you is pregnant, having their second or third and you are going month after month of negative pregnancy test. You live your life 2 weeks at a time. You have two weeks of hope and waiting, and two weeks of “ugh we have to try again”.
I really do hate when people say “oh well that’s the fun part”. No Susan, no it’s not. If you’ve ever had to TRY to get pregnant, you’ll understand that “trying to get pregnant is NOT the fun part”. In fact, infertility takes the fun out of a lot of things.
I wish I had advice that things get better but the reality of it is, things might not. You may get pregnant only to feel traumatized and triggered your entire pregnancy. Then you’ve gone your entire pregnancy unhappy, worried and you’ll realize you just panicked your way through the whole thing.
Infertility, IS WEIRD.
