Clients, I am here to cover a few things that have been needing to be readdressed lately.

I hate I even have to do this, but to protect my sanity and business I feel like this is necessary. I’m going to be completely honest with you guys. I’m on the verge of burn out. It’s not necessarily anyone’s fault, but my own for being such “YES” person. I always want to do what I can for you guys to make sure y’all have gorgeous lashes. BUT it’s time I start to enforce my policies and set some new into place before I teeter over to burn out.

⭐️ Cancellation and No Show Policy will continue to be the same. If you do not cancel before 24 hours or if you just do not show to your booked appointment without a dismissible cause, you will be subject to pay a $50 fee.

⭐️ Starting September 16th, 2023 there will be an after hours (starting after 6:00 pm) and weekends fee of 15% added on to services !!

This has not been easy for me to add in. I know how expensive everything is, but ✌🏼 this is my job and lashes are a LUXURY.

I want to encourage you to prebook once again. A lot of the issues can be avoided if you book out a few appointments. I have some clients that book out for the year. It is encouraged if you know your schedule stays pretty much the same. I do understand not everyone has that. If you can just book out for the month that is better than anything. This past week I have has several come to me last minute and I just feel obligated to stay late or work a weekend. When that happens I miss time with my family. My evenings book fast. If you know you can only come at this certain day or time every week then let’s go ahead and book that. I have worked every weekend since school has started back and let’s just say I am tired..!! 🥺 I want to be able to spend that time with my sweet boy and Jesus. If I have to work a weekend here or there that is fine, but not every. I say all these things in the nicest way!! I promise I love all you guys and want to continue lashing you!! So let’s work together and continue on these beautiful relationships! Each one of you are so special to me and I appreciate you guys so much !! 🥹💖
