DEPOSIT

When booking a full set or if you are a new client coming from a different lash tech, you will need to put down a $30 nonrefundable deposit to secure your appointment date. This does go towards your set. However, if you no call no show, you will not be refunded this deposit nor will this go towards your next appointment if you decide to schedule again. ** i will be taking deposits from here on out, Via Venmo,ApplePay,Zelle Only**

RESCHEDULING;

A 24 hour notice MUST be given when rescheduling an appointment. This is to ensure I can have someone fill your spot. There will be a $20 last minute rescheduling fee if rescheduling less than 24 hours. I will allow up to 3 different times to reschedule. After changing your appointment 3 consecutive times, you will no longer be a client under my services.

LATE;

If you are more than 10 minutes late, I can no longer continue with your service for that day and will have to reschedule you. If you are running late even by 5 minutes, PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH ME. I schedule everyone back to back so when you are running behind, that puts me behind the whole day and it is not fair to the rest of my clients.

REFUNDS;

There is a lot of time and product being used for each service therefore I do not offer refunds for any service. I do my very best to make sure I fix whatever you are displeased with.

FILLS;

If you show up to your fill appointment with less than 40% of your lashes, YOU WILL be charged a full set. If I can count your lashes, then it’s a full set. Please keep this in mind when rescheduling your fill appointment! Even if your lashes still look good at 2 weeks and you reschedule for a week later, there are too many outgrown ones that I would need to remove which means extra time and extra product I would need to use.

If there is a medical or family emergency, then of course those things wouldn’t count against you.
