What this page is! Hi! My name is Barbra. A little about me: I am an esthetician, massage therapist and make up artist by trade. I Am also a psychology/human services student. My wonders in life are to understand human emotions like my own and understand why we do the things we do, feel the way we feel, eat our emotions, take things personal, feel excluded, love people who don’t love us back, give all of ourselves to people who don’t so much as give their time to us in return, and all of the above. I think everyone, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US should have a therapist. Someone who we can talk to without judgement to guide us and help us evolve into the people we want to be. But, not everyone is into that or has the money or time or patience and that’s ok. I suggest it but if that’s not your thing, maybe this can be. A safe space where we can come on and hear each other’s stories and maybe relate with one another. A place where we can talk freely, share, learn, discover.
Right now this page is public but once it gets going, I will remove anyone who isn’t anything but lovely and make private if need be.

Sometimes we need to just talk. Maybe you need to lose 20lbs and we just overdid it on the diet. Maybe you had a fight with your sister, your mother, your husband, your girlfriend, etc… whatever it is, anything at all, you can talk about it here. I hope that everyone who follows will benefit from it in one way or another. Feel feee to share anything you’d like and always remember to live in gratitude and love.
