Today, on Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day, we recognize people living with breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body - and the families and caregivers beside them.
Support can be simple:

You know to look for a lump. But would you notice the other changes?
Breast cancer warning signs can also include:
• Dimpling or puckering of the skin
• A new change in breast size or shape
• A ni**le that newly turns inward
• Ni**le discharge other than breast milk
These changes don’t automatically mean cancer but they deserve a prompt conversation with your healthcare provider.
And some breast cancers cause no symptoms at all. Talk with your provider about the mammogram schedule that’s right for you.
This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, know your normal. Speak up about changes. Make time for screening.
