Thinking about getting permanent eyeliner?
Watch this first⦠because the wrong decision can stay with you for YEARS. š
Permanent eyeliner is not something you should rush into just because a photo looked good online. A beautiful result starts with choosing the RIGHT artist, understanding the process, and thinking long term, not just immediately after the procedure.
In this video, Iām sharing a few important things I truly believe every client should know BEFORE committing to permanent eyeliner āØ
āļø Donāt choose based on price alone
āļø Donāt ignore healed results
āļø Donāt rush the process
āļø Do your research carefully
āļø Choose someone who understands skin, aging, and pigment behavior
Your eyes are one of the most delicate areas of the face. This procedure should enhance your beauty, not become something you regret later.
Save this video for later and send it to someone considering permanent eyeliner š¤
One of the biggest misconceptions about Permanent Makeup is thinking that beautiful results happen in one session.
They donāt.
Well done Permanent Makeup is a 2 step process, in some cases 3, for a reason.
The first session is about building the foundation carefully and conservatively, allowing the skin to heal, observing how the pigment retains, and respecting the skin.
The second session is where we refine, adjust, perfect, and build softly in layers if needed.
Why? Because skin is a living organ, not paper.
Trying to force full saturation leads to:
⢠overworked skin
⢠poor healing
⢠migration
⢠unnatural results
⢠excessive saturation that becomes difficult to change later on
Natural, long lasting Permanent Makeup is BUILT⦠not forced.
Less trauma.
More control.
Better healed results.
And the flexibility to evolve your brows over time instead of being stuck with something too heavy.
Good Permanent Makeup should age gracefully, not aggressively. āØ

ReToneā¢ļø 3 years later.
I often hear artists saying:
āI want to see how those brows look after 6 monthsā
Or
āThis case needed removalā
This is a case thatās 3 years old. My client first came to me with orange/red faded microblading.
I performed a color correction with a green base pigment.
So what happens next?
Maintenance!
Maintenance is so important not just for regular permanent makeup, but for corrections as well, because in order to maintain that color looking good, it needs to be touched up and rebalanced as the colors naturally fade over time.
The goal is not going darker each year, itās to refresh.
In sequence, my client before, during, right after, after 3 years and following a refresh.
Donāt forget to book your touch ups when the color is staring to fade š¤
Color is not supposed to get darker every year, but smarter!
Another amazing ReToneā¢ļø correction HEALED.
When doing color corrections, it is important to understand that it is NEVER a one time fix. Color corrections, just like any other permanent makeup, needs maintenance.
Itās not about covering everytime, itās about reaching balance.
This is ReToneā¢ļø.
In this video I included a full correction process:
-before
-fresh
-healed 2 months out.
The fresh result always looks altered, color is off, the process requires patience and trust.

Hair strokes or powder?
Letās clarify and brake a common myth!
One of the biggest misconceptions in Permanent Makeup is believing that hair strokes automatically look more natural⦠and powder brows automatically look bold.
Thatās simply not true.
Natural results are not determined by the technique itself. But the ex*****on and final result.
Hair strokes are beautiful for clients who want shape, movement, and dimension without a filled in effect. But they are not designed to create density or coverage.
Did you read that? šš»šš»
Powder brows, when done correctly, are not harsh or āmakeup looking.ā A soft powder brow can heal airy, elegant, and incredibly natural while still giving more fullness and visibility.
The goal should never be āhair strokes vs powder.ā
The goal should always be choosing the RIGHT technique for the RIGHT client and tailored to the final goal, not the inspo picture you rely on.
Natural is not a technique.
Natural is the GOAL. āØ

Have you been told that removal is the only solution for faded brows?
Have you corrected grey⦠only to watch them heal even greyer?
Or worse, have you avoided those clients completely because you werenāt confident in your plan?
Iāve been there. Every single one of those moments.
And hereās bottom truth
š©š»āš¬You canāt fix what you donāt understand.
I spent the last 12 years of my career studying patterns. Pigment behavior. What actually stays in the skin and why.
Thatās how the ReTone⢠Method was born.
This isnāt another āadd this color to fix thatā approach.
Itās a structured way to:
⢠Decode whatās already in the skin
⢠Understand why it healed that way
⢠Rebalance color with intention, not guesswork
And no⦠removal is NOT always the answer.
If youāre ready to stop layering pigment blindly and start correcting with clarity
I created a FREE webinar where I break down the principles behind ReTone⢠and show you a completely different way to approach corrections.

Just another ordinary skincare routine time where your inner thoughts finally connect as they havenāt talked to each other all day š
Iāve been getting the most incredible feedback from my students who joined my ReTone⢠Method course i recently launched⦠and honestly itās hitting me deeper than I expectedšš.
I always knew this method worked. Iāve seen it for years on my own clients. But sharing it? Thatās a whole different feeling.
For a long time, I stayed in my comfort zone. I held back. I never felt ready, i was unsure if people would really get it or if artists would agree with my vision.
But once I pushed past the fear⦠and stopped making it about me⦠everything changed.
Seeing other artists understand it, apply it, and finally get results they struggled with for so long, is something I canāt even fully put into words.
So thank you so much to those who believe in me and trust me and my dedication to make this industry better.
If you havenāt signed up to learn the ReToneā¢ļø method, do it now! You have two more days to take advantage of the early launch price.
ReToneā¢ļø will change forever the way you look at corrections.

ReToneā¢ļø in action.
Grey doesnāt always mean removal.
Thatās what you were taught.
Stop thinking about cover ups. Start correcting.
Thatās the difference behind real results.
Iām hosting a FREE webinar where I break this down and show you why ReToneā¢ļø is different, different thinking, different strategy, different approach.

The permanent makeup industry doesnāt evolve by doing the same thing over and over again.
It evolves when artists are willing to question what theyāve been taught, when they stop relying on āwhat usually worksāā¦
and start understanding WHY things work.
Thatās exactly what Iāll be bringing to the stage at the SPCP Convention in Phoenix, AZ in September.
Iāll be presenting the ReTone⢠Method, a different way of approaching color correction.
Not based on trends. Not based on guesswork.
But on understanding pigments, undertones, and making intentional decisions.
Because real results donāt come from copying techniques.
They come from thinking differently.
This convention isnāt just about watching presentations.
Itās about expanding your perspective, learning from other professionals, and pushing your craft forward.
If youāre serious about growing in this industry, you canāt stay in the same mindset thatās keeping you stuck.
Three days. Real education. Real conversations. Real growth.
Iāll see you there.
