Hello! I have always been interested in natural remedies. I have been studying both essential oils and herbs for about 9 years. Sometimes comingle both!
Such as essential oils and herbal remedies for everyday problems and sometimes NOT so everyday problems! I follow strict protocols and remedies. Very rarely will I find the need to alter a specific remedy that is recommended. When I do, it is to tweak the remedy for THAT person. I have a am knowledgeable in both principles to be able to do that!
