Have you ever wondered why we’re called “Maximum Effects Salon & Studio”?

When new ownership took over in January 2024, we wanted to honor the history and relationships built under the original name, Maximum Effects Hair Salon. Many of our longtime team members and guests were part of that journey, so rather than completely changing the name, we chose to bridge the old with the new by leveling up and becoming Maximum Effects Salon & Studio.

The name reflects who we are today—a modern, full-service salon offering both an open salon floor experience and private studio suites, all under one roof.

We’re also growing! If you’re a Salon Professional looking for a positive, supportive salon home, we currently have both open-floor and private studio opportunities available. With lots of extra space to share, we are specifically looking for a RMT, Stylists, Barber, Nail Tech & full-time Lash Tech and/or Permanent Cosmetic Tech. These are the growing pains we’ve prayed for, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!

We’ve updated our front entry door!

The door is still manual, but it now has an assist feature to help it open more easily once started.

At ME Salon, we recognize and appreciate the unique talents and strengths of every one of our licensed professionals. No matter the age or experience level, we are ONE TEAM.

✨Every licensee plays an important role in making our daily operations successful and helping our industry continue to grow. Among our highly educated and knowledgeable professionals, we are proud to have two Licensed Cosmetology Operator Instructors who help mentor, encourage, and guide newer professionals along the way.

✨We hold one another to a respectful standard because a professional’s age should never determine the opportunities they receive or the quality of work they are capable of providing. We believe in encouraging eager operators to grow, learn, and achieve their goals at their own pace while developing into future leaders in our industry.
