Hi, I’m Reese — a 19-year-old newly licensed stylist!

I grew up in Fannett and I’m now at Gather Salon & Co. where I truly feel called to be. Outside of the salon, I spend much of my time teaching dance, which is another one of my passions.

At the moment, I’m assisting and training under Abigail and will continue learning and growing under her! Starting in June my clients will take priority and I’m so excited to welcome new faces into my chair. My work schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday 9-5!

While I’m still figuring out my niche, I love creating blonde and lived-in color looks. I’ve also been assisting with bridal work and am eager to grow further in the wedding and event industry.

I’m so excited to continue learning and growing and to see where God leads me in this industry! Psalms 28:7

My name is Bayla, and I’ve been a hairstylist since 2024. From the very beginning, I’ve fallen in love with not only the art of doing hair but also the relationships that come with it. Getting to connect with so many incredible women, hear their stories, and help them feel confident and beautiful is truly the most rewarding part of what I do. I’m constantly learning, growing, and perfecting my craft so I can give my clients the best experience every time they sit in my chair.

I’m also a newlywed, stepping into such a sweet and exciting new chapter of life, which has made this season even more meaningful for me. I’m behind the chair Monday through Friday from 9–5, and I specialize in all things hair, with a special love for blonding and creating soft, lived-in looks that are effortless and low maintenance. I also have a passion for event and wedding styling—it means so much to me to be a small part of such important, unforgettable moments. I feel incredibly blessed and grateful to be a part of Gather Salon, doing what I love every single day and building something so special with my clients.

Hi! I’m Hannah Welch 👋🏼

I’m so thankful to be back behind the chair at Gather Salon and Co after taking a little time away to stay home with my babies. While that season was such a gift, there’s been something really special about stepping back into a career that I’ve loved for 14 years and reconnecting with the part of me that feels most at home serving others.

The community of Orangefield holds such a special kind of charm, and I’m proud to be part of a business that gets to pour beauty and confidence back into the women here.

Outside of the salon, my life revolves around my husband, Stuart, and our three kiddos - Stetson, Cutter, and Whitley. They are my biggest blessing in life. It’s always busy, loud, and full in the best way, and I wouldn’t trade this season for anything. 🫶🏼

You can find me at Gather Tuesday-Friday from 8-3. I truly cannot wait to welcome both familiar and new faces into my chair. 🤍

Hi, I’m Abigail — owner of Gather Salon & Co. 🤍

I created this space with one vision in mind: a salon filled with Jesus, peace, and genuinely happy days—for both my clients and my team.

Behind the scenes is my husband, Justin—quiet, steady, and always making things happen without needing the spotlight. And my whole world, my girls, Ivie and Demi. All I do is for them and I just pray I can continue to balance this work and momma life.

As we head into a new season, my schedule will be shifting in August, Tuesday–Friday, 8–3, to soak in more time as Ivie begins kindergarten. I’ll have one evening availability each week (5pm), which may vary. I know my new schedule will not work for everyone but i’m confident to say I have 3 stylist in my salon who can take care of y’all!

Behind the chair, I specialize in blonding and extensions—creating effortless, lived-in looks is what I love most. Weddings have always held a special place in my heart, but as my girls grow and weekends fill with their activities, I’ll be stepping back. I’ve trained Reese, and she is more than ready to take on any bridal inquiries—I trust her completely.
