I used to think this journey was about reaching a magical place where nothing could hurt me anymore. But healing taught me how to stay connected to myself when life gets hard …and to believe in the beauty of our hearts.

I’ve lived through things I never imagined I’d survive. There were seasons where I questioned my purpose, my future, and whether I was strong enough to keep going.

Life didn’t suddenly become easy. What changed was the relationship I built with myself.

I learned to listen to my body instead of fighting it and let my emotions teach me instead of trying to silence them. I began trusting that I don’t need to have all the answers today, because my path will reveal itself as I grow.
