Preparing your body for birth can make a huge difference in how you feel during labor and delivery. 🤍

Labor prep exercises help improve pelvic mobility, encourage optimal baby positioning, build endurance, and support a smoother labor experience. Simple movements like deep squats, pelvic tilts, hip circles, lunges, and breathing exercises can strengthen the muscles involved in birth while also reducing tension in the hips and lower back.

Consistently practicing these movements during pregnancy can help:
✨ Improve pelvic alignment
✨ Reduce back and hip discomfort
✨ Encourage baby into an optimal position
✨ Build strength and stamina for labor
✨ Support a more efficient pushing phase

Hello! There have been a lot of updates since I last introduced myself 😊

I’m Jordan! Wife to Daniel, Mother to Vivienne 👧, and solo functional medicine practitioner.

I left the corporate world in 2020 at the start of COVID and took a leap of faith to start my own telemedicine practice. It’s been 5 years now and I’m so blessed to have had such organic growth of my business. Sometimes I still can’t believe it. ✝️

We downsized in 2022 and moved out to the country to escape the hustle and bustle of the city as well as to move closer to better food sources and a more relaxed way of living. We worked so hard for a few years to get us to a place where I didn’t have to work as much, so that I could focus on homemaking, meal prepping, and planning for a family.

We had our daughter in 2023 and our world forever changed. We became even more focused on being home, raising her, and living the simple life 💜 a lot of my content is home cooking, homesteading, and will eventually be homeschooling!

I’m blessed to work part time helping as many people as I can navigate this crazy medical world. I’m a firm believer that the body is able to heal itself if you give it what it needs and treat it well. Healing comes from within and no pill can do that for you.

My passion is helping women of all ages balance their hormones, heal their gut, and age well. I truly care about every single one of my patients and appreciate their trust in me.
