That kind of progress does not happen overnight. It takes dedication, consistency, patience, recovery, and a whole lot of showing up when it’s hard. You do not have to start off “good” to become great. You just have to start and keep going.

It’s kind of wild that the R.A.D. SYNTH feels like a shoe from a brand that’s been in the running game for decades. The fit, ride, and attention to detail are that polished. The energy around the city is building, runners are arriving, and we are kicking things off with our Buffalo Shakeout Run this Thursday at 6:30pm at Wilkeson Pointe with Runner’s Roost, New Balance, Buffalo Rehab Group, Reimer Heating Plumbing & Air Conditioning, and some other awesome guests!
This FREE community 5 mile run is for everyone. Whether you’re running the marathon, cheering someone on, visiting Buffalo for the weekend, or just looking to be part of the excitement, come join us.
All paces welcome. All run clubs welcome. Walkers welcome too.
We’ll have giveaways, great community vibes, and one of the best waterfront views in the city as we kick off an unforgettable marathon weekend together.
