The 2024 US election has been hotly debated and very present in the minds of many of our community members. We are hosting a class to create space for feelings surrounding the recent election and guidance on how to process new feelings that may have come up in light of recent (and evolving) events. Please join us Tues, Nov 19th at 6pm.

Our goal is to hold political views and our feelings lightly and compassionately, and to create a safe space to breathe and connect with community. Our therapist Jesse will host the event with Myra as co-host leading a guided meditation. Light refreshments will be available.
