Today marks 14 years in business, and my heart is so full. ❤️

I’ve been teaching and performing movement and therapy for over 16 years, but 14 years ago I took a leap of faith and opened what started as a little studio. I never could have imagined it would grow into the amazing community it is today.

I tried to keep this milestone quiet, but Facebook memories had other plans. Looking back over the last 14 years has made me stop, reflect, and feel incredibly grateful for this journey.

To every client, friend, family member, and supporter who has walked through my doors, trusted me, encouraged me, and helped make Open Arms Wellness Center what it is today, thank you. Your support has meant more than you’ll ever know.

Owning a small business isn’t always easy, but it has brought so many blessings, lifelong friendships, and unforgettable moments into my life. I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.

Here’s to 14 years of healing, growth, laughter, community, and open arms. 💙 I’m so excited to see what the future holds.
