On-site childcare for our littlest guests, ages 0 to 12, so you can get your sauna and cold plunge in without lining up a sitter first.

🌙 Wednesday, 3 PM to 7 PM

Wednesdays are open on purpose. Parents deserve a date night that doesn’t break the bank and still gets everyone home before bedtime.

Here’s how the night runs:

6:00 — Doors open. Free access to the facility. Mobile sauna fired up and ready.
6:30 — Ribbon cutting with the Mayor and City Council.
7:00 — Yoga with beehiveyoga .
8:00 — Giveaways. Free chiropractic, Momentum Climbing Utah climbing passes, food, and more. You have to be there to win.

No pressure, no rush, no experience required. Just heat, cold, and good people.
