One year ago on my birthday I was in constant pain, constant tingling in my left hand for months, popping four to eight Motrin a day, couldnt lie flat on my back, couldn’t turn my head to the left, couldn’t all with my head straight. I am about to go in the gym and crush this body, pain free and standing straight, THANKS TO YOU! I know this is your profession so technically that’s what’s supposed to happen, but that doesn’t make me appreciate it any less!!!!!

After careful consideration and updated safety protocols to keep our clients and ourselves healthy, we’re ready to begin our re-open process.

We have implemented strict safety measures at The Suite Escape. Our criteria for re-open is not only meeting all guidelines but also ensuring that we can operate with the health, safety and well-being of ourselves, clients and community at the forefront of our minds.

We know that providing a safe environment for each person that walks into The Suite Escape will be of the upmost importance as we navigate through our new routine.

Temps will be taken at the door and anything over 99.5* will have to be rescheduled.
