CHRISTMAS COLORED RICE
INGREDIENTS
3 cups of rice
6 cups of water
1 box of raisins
grated Parmesan cheese
5 spoons of peas
1 spoon of butter
oil
Bell pepper
onion
parsley
green onion
carrot to taste
salt to taste
PREPARATION MODE
Take a pan to the fire with water, salt, a thread of oil and wait to boil.
Add the washed rice and mix well.
Lower the heat, let the water dry and remove the rice from the heat.
In a pan, heat a pan with the measure of butter and fry the raisins and peas.
Pour the mixture into a deep bowl and add the green onions, carrots, peppers, onions, parsley and parmesan.
Add cooked rice and mix everything carefully.

PANETTONE
INGREDIENTS
1 kg of sifted wheat flour
3 eggs (large)
1 cup (American) sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
250ml warm milk
50 g of biological yeast
300 g candied fruit (or chocolate cubes)
250 g raisins (preferably seedless)
20 ml panettone essence (optional)
zest of 1 lemon
PREPARATION MODE
Beat the eggs, sugar, butter (or margarine), milk, yeast and essence in a blender for approximately 30 seconds.
In a large container, place the sifted flour, make a hole in the center and add the beaten ingredients.
Knead well until the dough comes off your hands.
Then add the fruits, raisins and lemon zest.
Distribute the dough into pudding molds with a central hole, greased with margarine, until halfway through the pan.
Let it grow, until it double the volume.
Make an X cut on top of the dough, brush beaten egg yolks and bake until golden.

Mayonnaise and cheese toasties
list of ingredients
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tea cup of mayonnaise
10 slices of sliced bread or French bread
3 small white onions grated

In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese with the mayonnaise and onion. Cut the slices of bread into small slices.
Cover them with the mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese mixture.
Place them in a mold and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over them.
Take the shape with the bread slices to the preheated oven at 180° degrees until golden.
Serve still hot.

Spinach Salad with Bacon
Ingredients
100 grams of gorgonzola cheese
enough oil
1/2 tablespoon of dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of sour cream
1 bunch of washed spinach
50 grams of bacon, fried in small cubes or microwave-dried slices
8 chopped apricots or 100 grams of mushrooms sautéed in butter
50 grams of toasted walnuts or almonds
Preparation mode
Mash the gorgonzola cheese with olive oil and make a paste.
Add mustard, honey, sour cream.
Place spinach part in a bowl.
Spread some of the prepared sauce on top.
Add more leaves and sauce.
Finish with the bacon in small pieces.
Place apricots/mushrooms and walnuts/almonds on top.
Finish with olive oil and it's ready to serve! Enjoy your food.

Oven baked rib
ingredients list
2 sachets for meat
3 kg of low-fat ribs
Salt, pepper, onion and garlic to taste
Preparation mode
Mash the garlic, along with the salt, pepper, onion and seasoning, pass this seasoning on the rib.
Wrap the seasoned rib in aluminum foil 3 times (3 sheets of aluminum foil).
Leave the rib in contact with the brighter side of the paper, remembering to pinch the edges well to be well sealed.
Bake at 180 degrees for 2 hours.
After that time, remove the aluminum foil and leave it in the oven to brown.

Flank steak baked in mustard
You can put potatoes to roast along with the meat, they will be very tasty! And it is also possible to make a delicious sauce with the broth left on the paper: put it in a pan with 1 tablespoon of wheat flour and let it thicken!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter (softened)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped or crushed)
2 tablespoons of mustard
500 grams to 1.2 kg of meat (flank steak, breast or soft meats)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode
In a container, add the butter, garlic, mustard, stir well until everything is mixed and set aside.
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Line a mold with aluminum foil and parchment paper.
Pass the mustard mixture on the meat, spreading it well throughout the piece.
Transfer the meat to the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 1 hour.
Leave the meat in the oven covered with aluminum foil and parchment paper for 40 minutes.
Then leave it open, spread a layer of the sauce, return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Add another layer of sauce and leave for another 15 minutes.

Quick ham and cheese lasagna
Ingredients
300 g of tomato sauce
1 package homemade lasagna noodles
300 g of grated ham
400 g grated mozzarella cheese
150 g grated parmesan cheese
Preparation mode
Spread some of the sauce on the bottom of a rectangular dish.
Place the lasagna noodles and add more sauce.
Distribute the ham, mozzarella cheese and a little more sauce.
Repeat the previous steps, creating layers until you reach the top of the platter.
Finish with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
Now just serve. Enjoy your food.

Milk Pudding Condensed Creamy
Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans of milk (same measure as condensed milk)
4 eggs
Preparation mode
In a saucepan, melt the sugar over low heat until completely liquid;
Add the boiling water to the sugar syrup and mix until well diluted;
Turn off the heat and pour the syrup while still hot in the pudding mold, spreading over its entire surface;
In a blender, beat the condensed milk and eggs for about 3 minutes;
Then add the milk and beat for another 1 minute – this process is important to prevent the pudding from becoming airy;
Place the pudding mold with the sugar syrup in a shallow baking dish with hot water, for the bain-marie;
Pour the blender mixture over the syrup and cover with aluminum foil;
Bake in oven at 180ºC for about 1 hour and a half;
Get it out of the oven, let it cool down and unmold it;
Then, just taste it!
