Keep cool when other people get hot.

Things can get hot real quick, & when that happens we start to go down hill with it.

It’s very important that you understand that other people around you are not all visionaries.

Most people are observers - they see things for what they are RIGHT NOW. When things get bad they can only see the bad.

A visionary is someone who can see PAST THE CURRENT SITUATION, they can see the situation for where it’s going, you know that This too shall pass.

Don’t be an observer, don’t let your current circumstance hold you back, as things are going down in your life your energy & enthusiasm must go up because the only one who can change the direction of your life is YOURSELF!

Man… Once I stop caring, you gone feel it & you may act like it don’t phase you, but when nobody’s around, that’s when It’s going to hit you.

See that fed up stage.. it hits different.

Once I start asking myself is this even worth it?
At that point, you lost me.

Because the thing about me is that I will try & try to make things work. But if I’m not seeing any energy being reciprocated, then you basically showing me that I’m better off on my own.

I won’t beg for anybody’s love, I won’t beg for anyone’s time & I definitely ain’t going to beg nobody to respect me… but once I’m there.. nothing you can say or do can change my mind.

There’s no going backwards for me.

If anything, I feel this new energy, this new drive & strength to become a better version of myself. To want better & more for myself. Settling for less than I deserve is ugly to me, & I used to do it all the time. But that got me nowhere & even though I may be afraid cause I don’t know what’s ahead of me, & even though I may be afraid cause choosing peace is new to me, since I’ve been so used to chaos. I am completely ready to start receiving my blessings.

I’m so ready for the type of life that I want & deserve. Call me selfish, call me what you want I don’t care anymore… it’s time to put me first.

Let that sink in.

Don’t lie.
For what is hidden cannot be healed & the truth doesn’t hurt, shame hurts. Shame is terrifying. It drives us to hide, then ensnares us the moment we flee.

Shame is deforming. It’s a wound that doesn’t heal & a mark that won’t rub off. It overwhelms. It envelops. It crushes.

But shame is vulnerable. Shame is weak. Shame fears you. You are armed with intellect & will. Wield the light of truth. Confront your fear with honesty & compassion, & steal its power.

Whatever can be captured in words can be conquered with understanding.

When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.

Before you go to sleep tonight .. remember to focus on what YOU DO HAVE .. versus what you don’t have ... too many see the reverse ❤️

Everyone wants to change the world, but no one wants to change themselves.

Let that sink in.
