1 large cucumber
1/4 small pineapple
1/2 lemon or lime
1 Tbsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp Sea Moss Gel

Thoroughly wash all of your fruits and vegetables, and add to juicer. Strain juice and store in air tight containers. Add 1 tablespoon of Sea Moss gel per serving at time of consumption.
