It was cloudy, rainy, and even hailing today 🌧️ — yet the sky opened up at the exact moment the Mount Rainier baseball team honored Logan, presenting his family with his retired jersey #9. ☀️
My brother Frank threw out the first pitch in his honor and delivered a perfect strike. He shared that as he drove past Logan’s cross that morning, he asked if Logan could pull any strings from up in heaven. Apparently, Logan has a little pull up there.
⚾️ What a beautiful way to honor their friend and teammate. This gesture means so much to all of us. Thank you, Mount Rainier High School and the entire baseball program, for keeping his memory alive forever.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ✝️

She was so disappointed that her team couldn’t make it to Vegas for their volleyball tournament and then we realized… we’re in Vegas!! It’s 90 and sunny and her bestie is here with her too. This is the definition of “making lemonade” when life gives you lemons. God doesn’t make mistakes so teaching her to roll with it is the best life lesson I could give her. (Learning how to enjoy Vegas young way before 21 is probably a good life skill for her future too!) 😁 ❤️

I can’t believe it’s been 20 years since this day. I’ll never forget this moment. The Lord brought this beacon of light into our lives and we are forever changed because of it. Wrestling coaches finding time in the middle of prepping for Washington State’s Wrestling Tournament is not an easy feat but this dad made it happen today. Of course our kids schedules mostly collide with the wrestling team’s but when he’s available this is his first choice. Glad to have us both there for Juliet today! Super proud of you kid! We enjoyed every minute. ☺️😁 ❤️
