Did not have the full 2 hours of PERFECTING/DETAILING like I prefer (lol this is why I can never do my makeup anymore)
But here we are, with makeup on?! Pain was finally starting to subside, my wedding had a late start time, so I had energy + time + creative energy to play 🤍
I cannot waitttttttt until after surgery when I’ll have energy to do this again more often. 3 more days until my new life begins 😭🙏🏻
Washing my hair tomorrow… how long will it last after surgery? 💀
They literally haven’t bothered or stung any of us one time, and their nests are right on our front porch where my kids are always playing. I like to think they’re my lil protectors 😂 (I did remove empty nests over the winter 🥲 but 3 of them maintained ONE wasp in them the whole winter and I couldn’t take their home 🙈)
AND FOR MY NEXT TRICK, I WILL ACQUIRE A MURDER OF CROWS TO BE MY FRIENDS!
*and no I don’t want someone to come get rid of them 😅😂

Highly recommend bringing some props if you’re doing extended family photos with lots of kiddos 😉
This was a major collective initiative and I’m so thankful everyone pulled together to make it happen! 😭🙏🏻
This was towards the end of the shoot after we had done our individual families and basic groupings for more standard photos. It was most important to me we get some really good photos all together. But I also just wanted something a little different a fun not only for the photos, but the experience!
So I grabbed some champagne, hot chocolate, decorative cups, and marshmallows. We sipped, celebrated, and then the kids went wild with a marshmallow fight. 10/10 recommend. Best thing ever. And you know I had to get in on the fight 😂

Convinced that Pilates is a form of psychological warfare. I might need to do it on my own timeline, but I can do ittttttttt!
I’ve taken months off the gym and almost any movement to prioritize rest and other aspects of my health. Not fun for me. Felt like I lost all momentum and progress. While I did lose some things physically, I gained a lot by resting and listening. And now, even though I feel weak because I haven’t done all this in a few months, I can tell how much more equipped I am to be doing it and can feel how quickly I’m going to progress when I focus on maintaining and stability 🤍😍
Any kind of smokey eye will forever be my favorite 🙃😍
