✏️LETS TALK EDUCATION! ✏️ Let’s be really honest for a moment. In the beauty industry new innovations are coming out faster than the blink of an eye. You can’t go online without running into a new method, the next ‘it product’ or even the seasons hottest haircut. But the question is does your stylist know what’s the latest and how to replicate it? We at RS Salon are on top of it! Our education program runs every month (basics and advanced techniques) and is hosted by our Director of Education .
Each and every month a curriculum is developed for the professional development of our staff. Here we have an example of those classes. is practicing refining her extension skills with one on one instruction along side Steven. Once we feel she is knowledgeable and able, she will accept extension clients!
