Caramel is one of those colors that means very different things to different people. Some people see it as being very warm, closer to copper and others see it as being more of a neutral light brown.

➡️ To me, the Joico NB series makes a true classic caramel. Not too warm and not too cool. It’s also rich and has a lot of reflection which is what makes caramel highlights so beautiful.

➡️ The NBs have violet in them which helps to soften the tone and negate the brassiness of raw lift. I used any combination of 7NB and 9NB depending on the desired result and I add clear based on how translucent I want the gloss to be.”
