Being a esthetician sometimes can be overwhelming but it’s important to have a community to push you as you continue to push yourself. Here’s some answers to some of your concerns
1️⃣. NOT GETTING ANY CLIENTS: Getting clients take more then just posting here and there on Ig you have to be consistent or your target audience won’t be able to find you. Getting clients means constantly promoting your business, walking around your plaza handing out business cards introducing yourself, doing paid ads on ig & fb (it takes money to make money), having your family and friends repost your work.
2️⃣.CLIENTS AREN’T REBOOKING: what are you doing to stand out from your competitors, a little goes along way and it’s always the thought that counts. Having small snacks or aftercare cards/bags will have you always with your client . Educating the client on why it is important for them to come back in a certain time frame and rebooking them before they leave the shop (trust me they will thank you for this).
Allowing your spa to be a safe place for your clients means always being professional with your words, music & attire , never gossiping their business and truly caring about giving them the best treatment !
3️⃣. NOT GOOD WITH CONTENT: Grab your bedtime , friends , family member or even models if you need , scroll your insta reels and loook for popular sounds you noticed are being used a lot. Recreate the videos . Follow accounts like your to engage with like minded individuals & get inspiration!
