It’s no secret that herbal tea ☕️ is a healing elixir ✨. There are endless benefits ! Antioxidant , anti-aging , digestion , beauty, weight loss etc etc ! I have minimum 2 cups a day, but sometimes my plain green tea can get a BIT boring. ORANGE CREAMSICLES aka a SUMMER FAN FAVORITE ! Can we be real for a moment ?? we all LOVE ice cream but with all the sugar, additives, food dyes and other "ingredients" we can't pronounce, the last thing I want to do is put those chemicals in my body and I would hope you wouldn't want it in the tummies of your babies. with our ever changing food industry we need to be so intentional with what we consume.
