Happy Wednesday! Just wanted to post this photo to show how "Nida's" natural hair has grown and flourished. Regular exercise and Eating the Proper nutrients and foods.. promotes vitality inside and outside of the body. Look at her Glow!

Natural hair growth...it’s a pain, but it’s worth it when your patient!
I started documenting my wand curl blow out looks since March 2020 in the first until December 2020!
I had a nice trim in March that removed a few inches that needed to GO!
But all hair grows back
What’s the trick?
Leave it alone! I wore protective styles 80% of the time and “out” styles 20% and immediately washed it and placed in another protective style!
I kept the blow drying and heat styling to once every 3 months and these were the results! I went from brushing my neck to mid back length in 10 months!
So can you! Just be consistent and keep your hair happy and nourished!! ❤️

Hello all! Happy Sunday Nida Naturals tribe! Nida completed a throw back nostalgic look that she hasn’t completed in a while.

New products were used and a few tips and tricks to add to this look so keep reading to get all the info!! 😊😊

1. Wash time- Nida has been using Canvas Beauty Brands or a few months now and she loves them! She’s using the full bloom shampoo, conditioner and the growth serum to help strengthen her edges and grow her hair long and thick again. As you know she has been struggling with breakage and weak edges! The serum is helping get her hair back strong and healthy again.

To detangle she used the Felicia leatherwood brush! As you can see from the picture the amount of shed hair has decreased drastically!

**Note: CAUTION** remember to take your time and detangle each section root to tip slowly to ensure all knots are out. Nida noticed that when she became lazy and didn’t detangle well she lost more hair and length over time!!!***

2. Blow dry- Nida has been in LOVE with the RevAir reverse hair dryer. Yes it’s pricy! But she got it on a deal at Christmas time for half off!! If this isn’t your
Style then the revlon drying brush works amazing as well and gives the same results.

3. Wand curls- Nida uses a small to medium sized wand curler and sectioned her hair into small sections and used the Silk elements thermal silk styler on each section concentrating on the ends. When curling she wrapped the curls around the wand from root to tips - making sure not to leave it on for longer than 25 seconds depending on the thickness of the section.

4. To finish she used the Pantene air spray - holding spray to lock the curls in place and used a small amount of the Melanin Haircare multipurpose oil on her hands and scrunched the oil onto the tips in an upwards motion.

5. How to preserve hair- Easy! Pineapple your hair up using a light scrunchie and a silk wrap. Nida naturals prefers the beautiful orange silk wrap from her favorite blogger Naptural85 to protect the style!!!

As some of you may know I went natural in 2009! It has been over 10 years since I made the worst and best decision of my life! The glow up was real!
