Spend time with your elders. Sit at the feet of your elders and take it all in. ❤️ It’s not just for you to soak in their knowledge and life experiences. It’s also so they can speak out loud of their journey. It’s therapeutic for them and very healing. Ask questions. Keep their mind alert. Enough times we take for granted these special moments, not realizing that it serves a dual purpose. 💫 Just take the time. Life will still be there after the stories are shared. Those family elders may not. They will become ancestors. Wouldn’t it be good to soak in all they have to share with you while they are still breathing? Remember, you are of them. ❤️

The MAGIC in manifestating what you want has to do with frequency. How high are you vibrating? You can think about about what you want til the cows come home….. but if you are vibrating in low frequency….. you’ll be spinning wheels and getting frustrated on why what you want, hasn’t come into fruition.

She is truly a master at her craft and together training shall be filled with the sisterly energy you know us so well for 🤣❤️🕺🏽😜

Also, a couple of people who completed my workshop have enrolled in our mentorship program where we SHOW THEM THE WAY with ongoing shadowing, additional styling techniques, business positioning/creation and so much MORE. 🕺🏽
