BUT WHO ARE YOU NOW? 💗
I know what you’ve been through.
I know what hurt you.
I know what didn’t work out.
I know what you lost, what you survived, and what you had to overcome.
But who are you NOW?
Not who you were 5️⃣years ago.
Not who you were before the heartbreak 💔 .
Not who you were before the disappointment.
Not even who you were yesterday.
Who are you choosing to show up as TODAY 📅 ?
Maybe you’re stronger.
Wiser.
More intentional.
More protective of your peace.
More willing to use your voice.
More compassionate with yourself.
More courageous about pursuing what you want.
Your past is part of your story, but it doesn’t get to have the final word on your identity.
So yes, honor what you’ve been through.
Celebrate what you survived.
And then ask yourself:
✨ Who am I NOW—and does the way I’m showing up reflect the person I’m becoming?
Today, show up as that person💗!!!
Tell me in ONE word: Who are you NOW?
And did you move today? 😉💪🏽

What are you saying to yourself today❓
Did you defeat yourself before you even left the house❓
Did you surrender your confidence, your goodness, and your power to thoughts that weakened you❓
How about giving yourself a pep talk instead of a dread talk❓
Your inner voice should strengthen you—not sabotage you. Try this:
✨ Catch it: Notice when your self-talk becomes critical or fearful.
✨ Challenge it: Ask, “Is this true—or is fear doing the talking?”
✨ Change it: Replace “I can’t handle this” with “I can take this one step at a time.”
✨ Speak life: Say out loud, “I am capable. I am worthy. I can do hard things.”
✨ Celebrate progress: You don’t have to be perfect to be proud of yourself.
Before you walk out the door, declare:
I will not defeat myself before the day begins. I will speak life over myself. I will show up with courage, confidence, and expectation. I am ready for this day—and this day is ready for me!
What is one empowering thing you’re saying to yourself today? 💪🏾✨

Some days, purpose wears heels 👠 .
Some days, purpose wears scrubs 👩🏽⚕️ .
Either way, I show up—prepared to serve, lead with compassion, and make every person in my presence feel seen, valued, and cared for.
This isn’t just what I do. It’s part of who I am.
On purpose. On assignment. And ready to make an impact. 🩺✨
You don’t need perfect clarity or complete confidence—just the courage to take the next step. Faith makes you ready🙌🏾!!
God has already equipped you for the assignment ahead. Trust Him. Trust what He placed within you—and move. 🙏🏽✨
You are equipped. You are capable. You are able.
If compelled, comment “I AM ABLE” if you’re stepping forward in faith this week. It’s not for me, it’s a declaration to yourself. 💜

On September 11, 2001, I was an Emergency Medicine resident on my cardiology rotation at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, caring for patients in the cardiac ward.
As I passed the nurses’ station, I remember looking through the window at the clear blue sky—and then looking toward the television, trying to comprehend what I was seeing.
Time seemed to stop.
We stood together and watched the horror unfold—physicians, nurses, staff, and patients—united in shock, grief, and disbelief. In those moments, we were witnessing something that would forever change the lives of our nation.
As healthcare professionals, we continued caring for the patients entrusted to us, even as our own hearts were breaking. That day reminded me how fragile life is, how small I was, how quickly everything can change, and how deeply connected we are to one another.
Twenty-five years later, I still remember that nurses’ station, that clear sky, and the silence of people searching for words when there were none.
Today, I cared for patients. I paused multiple times with others to honor every life lost, every family forever changed, every person who ran toward danger, and every person who carried the weight of that day forward.
I took this pic at the Memorial 9/10/2022, I paused to catch my breath as I read the names and honored the lost.
We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🙏🏾💜

We spend so much time doing, moving, achieving, helping, fixing, and becoming that sometimes we forget to simply… be.
Create space to reflect.
Not to judge yourself.
Not to replay every mistake.
But to recognize the journey. 💜
Ask yourself:
Where have I grown?
What have I survived?
What am I learning?
What do I need to release?
And who am I becoming?
Sometimes the clarity we’re searching for doesn’t come from doing more—it comes when we become still enough to hear what our lives are trying to teach us.
Pause long enough to celebrate the progress you almost overlooked.
Honor the version of you who kept going.
And give yourself permission to make different choices as you move forward.
✨ Reflection isn’t about living in the past. It’s about gathering the wisdom you need for where you’re going next.
Create the space.
Take the moment.
Listen inward.
There may be something powerful waiting for you in the quiet. 💫

Grateful for last night!! We raised over $390,000 collectively at Taste! Orlando in support of Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida.
Sometimes the mission looks like smiles. 😊
Sometimes the mission looks dressed up. ✨
Sometimes it looks like showing up in a room full of people, serving, connecting, laughing, and simply enjoying the moment.
But the mission is always the mission. ❤️
Service doesn’t always have to look a certain way. It doesn’t always require a title, a uniform, a microphone, or a stage. Sometimes service looks like your presence. Your smile. Your encouragement. Your willingness to show up and pour into others.
Because purpose has many faces, and service has many expressions.
So never underestimate what you bring to the room simply because it doesn’t look like what you imagined “service” was supposed to look like.
You can be dressed up and still be on assignment.
You can be joyful and still be making an impact.
You can celebrate life and still be serving others.
The mission doesn’t change because the setting changes.
Keep showing up. Keep serving. Keep shining.
And remember… the mission is ALWAYS the mission. 💛✨

My critical patient asked if he would see me again 🏥 🥺, at 4am I was praying to God that he would and will 🙏🏾👩🏽⚕️.
This workout wasn’t easy, and it’s wasn’t pretty, but it was good for me…to breathe, to release. I am grateful that I get to hold space for my patients and their families. I carry parts of caring for them with me always. I also know, and encourage you, to take care of your needs as well. We serve best from full and plentiful cups.
Are you serving you today? Did you move today 💪🏽? Let’s Go!!

NEW WEEK. NEW BEGINNINGS. SAME PURPOSE. ✨
Every new week is more than a reset—it’s an invitation.
An invitation to rise with intention, walk in purpose, and create the life you were born to live.
Living purposefully starts with the details:
✨ Clarity in your WHY
✨ Discipline in your daily choices
✨ Faith in the unseen
✨ Grace for the process
✨ Gratitude for the journey
You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward—you simply have to be willing to begin.
This is your week.
This is your moment.
Walk into it fully.
You are called.
You are capable.
You are worthy.
And you are just getting started. 🫶🏽
So take a deep breath.
Set your intention.
Release what no longer serves you.
And step boldly into what’s next.
Let’s make it a phenomenal week! ✨
