1. If you don’t know how to apply makeup that will last for several hours it’ll be gone by reception, where you’re still getting your pictures taken. As a FL HMUA we know heat and apply accordingly.

2. Flash photography can be harsh. Every line, patch, bronzer blend WILL show on 4k and especially digital cameras. A pro will blend makeup to ensure you don’t see where colors begin and end.

3. Wedding morning are stressful and sometimes chaotic! Having to do your own makeup and hair could be difficult if you’re shaken with nerves and overwhelmed. A professional team will schedule your morning with ease ensuring you’re beautiful and on time.

4. Having your hair and makeup done isn’t just to look your best on your wedding day, it’s to look your best looking at your photos 50 years from now with no regrets.

5. Not only will you look amazing on your wedding day but you can hire a beauty team for your girls too. To keep the balance with your bridal party, it’s nice to have everyone with the same level of professional beauty, especially in photos. Having someone else stand out with harsh makeup could ruin the aesthetic in your photos.

As much as my lovely April bride made my day and had ✨no notes✨ from her stunning bridal trial, I always create a safe space to ensure any small detail can be corrected if needed and encourage my brides to keep it 💯.

She literally loved it and I loved it too🤍

If you’re getting married, don’t ever skip a trial. Why?…

1) Your inspo pics may not compliment your hair, skin, type, eye shape, or face shape, etc. We need to test it out, change what works for you, or add what you may need. 💡

2) I want to make sure your skin loves my products and that you won’t react to anything randomly on wedding day, even though you’re not sensitive to anything…
✨that you know of✨.

3) You’ll sleep better the night before KNOWING your makeover is going to slay instead of worrying how it’s going to come out.

4) I think it’s important to meet your artist. You should surround yourself with good energy on your wedding day and that includes your vendors. Energy doesn’t lie and you can’t feel it through emails.

5) You need to test it out! Once your trial is done, you carry on with your day, go on a date with your fiancé, or celebrate your bridal shower. You’ll be able to send feedback to perfect your look that much further.
