Oils and Moisturizer are NOT the same thing!
A moisturizer’s job is to add water and hydration back into your skin. An oil’s job is to lock that hydration in by creating a protective barrier.
So if you’re only using an oil after your wax, but your skin is already dry or dehydrated, you’re sealing in dry skin.
That’s why I recommend using a moisturizer first to hydrate the skin, then, if you like, follow with an oil to help lock in that moisture.
So remember…
Exfoliate. Hydrate. Seal.
