During these stressful times there’s a perpetuating recurrence of stress between the body and the mind. The mind gets tense, and the body follows. The body gets tense, and the mind follows. Luckily through massage therapy both your body and mind are put to ease, replacing that stress with tranquility. 😄

For your protection under the current circumstances I wear gloves and a mask and ask that you come in with a face covering as well. Our offices are always sanitized before and after every client to ensure the safety of everybody for an over all clean, calm, and great experience.
