I have had the pleasure of training Rose for the last 3 months here at Revive Fitness. Our first time meeting came with a little hesitancy since this was the first time in her life she has lifted weights and had a structured workout program. Knowing this, we started off slow and started with 2 days a week, just to ease into it. After the first week she was absolutely hooked, so we started trying 3 days a week, and now we are training 4 days week. Her Fiancé Bobby is also joining us on a bi-weekly basis when he is in town for work. She is constantly telling me that this is the best she has felt in a very long time. Not only is her body continuing to change (without the scale moving), but I have also noticed a change in her emotional state. She is always so happy to work out and talks about how training is oftentimes the highlight of her day. She is genuinely more happy and that warms my heart. I am truly blessed to train somebody that works so hard and who now makes her clean eating and exercise a priority.

Not every training day is gonna be a walk in the park. Some days your head wonât be in it, some days you just want to make excuses as to why you canât work out. Believe me, I have heard them all. The key is find that driving force. That thing that should keep you going when youâre just not that into it. Mine is âHow can I motivate a client to get through a workout if I canât even start or get through my own?â Whatâs yours? What keeps you going? What was the reason you started in the first place? What goal are you gonna be closer to reaching if you work out today? What is your âwhyâ?

As the saying goes, âWhen one door closes, another opens.â
I was fortunate enough to be the Head Trainer at Burn Boot Camp Orlando for my first two months living in Central Florida. I had some incredible co-workers and owners and got to train some amazing members, but at the end of the day it just wasnât for me. I wanted to get back to my true passion and that was one-on-one and small group training. Fortunately for me, I came upon Revive Fitness in Ormond Beach. I met with Danny and Arnold and they thought I would be a great addition to the Revive family. They welcomed me with open arms and I am so happy to be part of the team.
