Why the name Briny? True story. Thus, Briny Bar Soap.
A chemically inspired name, soap is actually considered a salt, the product of any acid/base reaction. The strong base NaOH (lye) is consumed by a fatty acid such as animal or vegetable fat resulting in soap. Briny Bar utilizes various vegetable oils and butters for their own unique, skin loving qualities in every one-of-a-kind bar. Only sustainably sourced palm oil is used as well as all-natural
A soap I cannot be without: Mint. First made in the summer of 2012 and has been in stock ever since. Cooling peppermint essential oil tingles as you shower, a perfect refresher for the hot summer months. Five pounds were freshly poured this morning and will be cured and ready just in time for summer.
