There are so many things to be thankful for on this gorgeous spring Thursday! As for today, I am incredibly thankful for all of my clients who have come to sit in my chair. As well as let others know what its like to leave here feeling more yourself than when you walked in 🫶🏻 I appreciate all of you, more than you know.

Not only is the weather finally acting like spring,🌺🪻🌹but it is also the beginning of Celiac Disease Awareness Month.💚 Not many know the harsh reality of not being able to have anything with gluten in it. It limits what and where you can eat. Some of us can be asymptomatic, or others (like me) can end up in the hospital if we consume gluten. The tricky thing with this disease is that it can happen at any time in life and unfortunately there is no cure for it. Just a lifetime of keeping a strict diet.
