Martha, take a breath.” 💛

In Luke 10:38–42, Martha is “worried and distracted by many things.”

Sound familiar?

Always serving. Always doing. Always tired.
In functional medicine, we see this all the time — the “Martha pattern”:

✨ Constant go-go-go
✨ Feeling anxious or restless
✨ Trouble slowing down or sleeping
✨ Eventually… total burnout 😞
