I want to take a moment to talk about something that’s become increasingly challenging for many of us who are small business owners and service providers.

Lately, we’ve had a growing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations. While things come up—we absolutely understand that—these missed appointments have a real impact. For small businesses like ours, every appointment is time set aside specifically for you. When that time goes unused, it affects our ability to make a living and continue offering the services you rely on.

Because of this, we will now be requiring a cancellation fee for appointments that are missed or canceled without a 24 hour notice. This isn’t a punishment—it’s simply a way to protect the time, income, and energy that go into running a small business.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Thank you for respecting our time as much as we value yours. 💛
