I don’t remember where I heard this before, but it has been on my mind lately. I always thought that in my industry I would be able to survive and continue on, thinking that the time I have off is enough.

ITS NOT. Take vacations and time off is great, but make sure you take care of yourself internally. Stress builds up quick. Taking time to realize that you must give to yourself just as much as you give to others.

Lift heavy. Eat clean. Cleanse your mind. Love yourself.

2025 has come and gone! 🥳🎉

I always post my clients getting haircuts and changing, so enjoy this biggest change of mine this year 🤣

This year has really pushed me physically and mentally. It was definitely a year that shown me new heights and deepened passions.
