I love this time of year! It's still warm out, but we know spooky season is right around the corner. 🧙‍♀️ And most importantly, I have tons of herbs dried and ready for preparations! 🌿🌼 This is an herbal Vicks substitute. Mullien, chamomile, lavender, peppermint and rosemary in Jojoba oil and EVOO. This preparation is safe for the skin, gentle enough to use on young children and just as effective as the petroleum based products found in stores.

Facial Reflexology Friday!

I had no idea when I added Facial Reflexology last year that it would become my most requested service.... I just knew that it quickly became my PERSONAL favorite. The techniques are so gentle, yet so effective that I've been able to use them on small children and adults alike. In fact, I can usually make my 8yo daughter fall asleep in 3-4 points. It works for most clients too. 😉

We have a lot of cool things coming to Rooted Wellness in September!! 🩵 The first I'd like to share is an Herbal 🌱class I'll be leading on September 26th at 11am! During this 1 hour class we'll be preparing a cold/flu tincture and a headache roller to go home with each participant, so it will be ready just in time for the germy season 🤧 You'll learn about the herbs we're including in the tinture, what they're for, how to make the tincture itself, along with how to use it and store it!
