Let’s talk for a minute!

So this smile isn’t just a smile, it’s a smile of being proud and knowing that last month I have been focusing on myself, there has been improvements.

Cellulite, it’s real and a lot of us have it😜

I have never been one to wear shorts or wear dresses because I didn’t like showing my legs because of the cellulite. I’ve never liked wearing swimsuits because I didn’t want part of my butt too show because of the cellulite.

I got home tonight because I have been able to tell a difference the way my pants and leggings fit. So I figured hey, why not take a look🤣 So too my very happy surprise, the cellulite in my legs and butt are almost gone!!

I know this can be a uncomfortable topic for some, but if I hadn’t said yes back at the end of July to start my health journey then I wouldn’t be seeing these of improvements. It gives me more confidence, I’m loving myself.

It’s okay to take 20-30 minutes a day to focus on yourself. It’s not going to make you a bad mom or spouse to prioritize yourself. It’s going to make you a even better mom or spouse because you will be offering a better version of yourself.

This weekend was something I needed for myself. I went to my very first Bodi event with part of my team and it lit a fire in me.

Last night we had a leadership event and there was about 22 of us that attended. Oh my goodness, let me tell you I met the most amazing women! Greeted with a huge hug by our Top Leader, Molly Asplin, OMG I just love her! Being surrounded by all of these women, is truly inspiring.

I am truly blessed that my coach reached out to me at the end of July and bringing this opportunity to me. I needed a positive outlet that allows me to focus on myself. Taking 20-30 minutes a day to do my fitness routine, being on my nutrition plan and working on my mindset is just what I needed.

Before I started my journey, I was always making excuses as to why I couldn’t focus on myself. I had long days, I get up early in the morning, I have to commute to work. Guess what, I’m not making those excuses anymore. I do have this, I can do anything I set my mind too. I get up even earlier in the mornings so I can workout. I even enjoy getting up early. I have a supportive husband who will even eat meals with me that are on my nutrition plan. I am diving into my personal development by reading books and listening to podcasts.

Besides having a fitness program and nutrition plan, I have found a COMMUNITY that I love and where I belong. I have found my people and I will have these relationships for the rest of my life. Being a part of a community is huge, it’s inspiring, and it’s a blessing.

I know how busy we can get with our daily routines, busy schedules. Trust me I get it. But all it takes is 20-30 minutes a day. If you are looking to be a part of community, to feel a void you didn’t realize you were missing, I have a spot for you.
