1. Drink 500ml of water the moment you wake up. Before coffee. Before your phone. Before anything. Hydration first thing reduces hunger and boosts energy naturally. 2. Eat 30g of protein at breakfast. This one habit cuts cravings for the rest of the day. Eggs. Greek yogurt. Cottage cheese. You won't need willpower if you start full. 3. Hit 8,000-10,000 steps every day. Not a gym session. Just movement. Daily steps burn more calories over time than any workout class. Walk like your results depend on it. Because they do. 4. Stop drinking calories. Every soda. Every fancy coffee. Every juice. Replace one today. Then another. Water and black coffee are free fat loss tools. 5. Lift weights 3 times this week. Not to punish yourself. To build the body that burns fat at rest. Muscle is your long-term fat loss strategy. 6. Be in bed before 11pm tonight. October results are built during September nights. Poor sleep raises hunger hormones and wrecks fat loss. Sleep is not a reward. It is a requirement. 7. Stop waiting to feel motivated. Motivation follows action. Not the other way around. Start today. The feeling comes after. Your future self doesn't need you to be ready. Just to begin. 7. Stop waiting to feel motivated. Motivation follows action. Not the other way around. Start today. 1. Eat beets most days for 30 days. Your body turns the nitrate in beets into nitric oxide, which relaxes the artery wall. Add a handful of arugula too, which often carries even more nitrate than beets. 2. Protect the mouth bacteria that activate nitrate. In a 2013 study, one week of antiseptic mouthwash raised blood pressure. Tongue bacteria turn nitrate into nitrite, the step before nitric oxide. Use strong antiseptic rinses only when your dentist asks. 3. Walk 8,000 steps a day, even on desk days. Across 15 cohorts, mortality kept falling with steps until about 8,000 to 10,000 a day. Walking raises blood flow, which signals your artery lining to make nitric oxide. Stand up and walk 2 minutes every half hour 4. Walk for a few minutes after every meal. In a 2022 review, even 2 to 5 minutes of walking after meals blunted the glucose rise. Contracting muscle takes in glucose without extra insulin. Fewer spikes means less sugar binding to your artery walls. 5. Build muscle so insulin has somewhere to send glucose. In clamp studies, muscle took up about 80% of the glucose insulin cleared. More muscle means the same meal needs less insulin to clear. Two strength sessions a week is the guideline minimum. 6. Eat at least 25 grams of fiber a day. A 2019 Lancet review linked 25 to 29 grams a day to lower rates of heart-related death. Soluble fiber traps bile acids, so the liver draws LDL from the blood to make more. Most adults fall short, so add beans or oats daily. If I had to pick one lever this week, it would be the walk after dinner. It costs nothing and moves glucose and blood flow the same evening. Arteries respond to what you repeat, not what you do once.
I’ll tell you … 1. My lower back pain completely disappeared. Hanging allows your spine to decompress naturally. It creates space between your vertebrae and releases tension you didn’t even know you had. Decompress for relief. 2. My posture is noticeably better. It pulls your shoulders back and down, reversing the desk hunch from sitting all day. I stand taller without even trying. Stand tall, look better. 3. My shoulder mobility improved dramatically. The passive stretch opens up your chest and lats. My overhead movements feel smoother and I have zero impingement now. Open up your frame. 4. My forearms exploded in size. Holding your entire body weight for time forces your grip and forearms to adapt. They look thicker and more vascular than ever. Grip strength is real strength. 5. My pull-up strength went through the roof. Because my grip is no longer the weak link, I can focus entirely on my lats. I added 5 reps to my max set in weeks. Build a stronger foundation. 6. I started following for more daily fitness content that cuts through the noise and helps you make meaningful progress 💪
ONE THING I ADDED 👇 Stimulus. Let me explain! This is coming from someone who was doing 15K steps to 20K steps for 3 months and losing and gaining the same 5-7 lbs, literally. - I had already lost 30 lbs in 12 months and had hit a 3-month plateau. - I upped my steps from 10K to 15K then to 20K steps but kept losing and gaining the same 5-7 lbs in april, may, and June. - I finally did some research and found out about a new interval style of walking — 2-3 mins easy walk followed by 2-3 mins hard walk. ONE THING I CHANGED ⬇️ 1️⃣ STIMULUS - I was dedicating more time to more steps but was not losing weight. My body was stuck and already used to what I was doing. - I decided to try this walking style and put my own twist on it — I added a weighted vest and some hand weights and went back to doing 10K steps and created my INTERVAL WEIGHTED WALKS. - The results blew my mind 🤯 RESULTS ⬇️ - I lost 11.8 lbs in 8 days! - I suspect that it was mostly inflammation — 20K steps was making me so tired and my body needed a break. - I lost 2 inches around my waist. - Better, deeper sleep. - Steadier energy throughout the day. - Better moods — especially during that time of the month. I put everything I did and all my workouts in a PDF for you. 💬 Comment “WALK” and I will send it to you!

8 signs your workouts aren’t building any muscle 👇🏼 90% of people in the gym are wasting time — not from lack of effort, but from lack of proper stimulus: 1️⃣ Weak pump While not required, a good pump usually means enough food, focus, and intensity. No pump can sometimes mean low effort or poor setup. 2️⃣ Recovering too fast If you’re ready to go again right after a set, it probably wasn’t challenging enough. Hard working sets often require 2–3 minutes to recover from. 3️⃣ Low energy If you feel drained before or during training, your nutrition may not be supporting performance. Fuel matters for output. 4️⃣ Yawning mid-workout If you’re constantly sleepy and struggling to switch on, your training performance is going to suffer. You want to be focused and locked in. 5️⃣ Leaving the gym fresh If you finish feeling completely untouched, the workout may not have created enough stimulus. You should feel some fatigue. 6️⃣ No soreness ever DOMS isn’t necessary for growth, but never experiencing any soreness can sometimes be a sign your intensity or ex*****on is lacking. 7️⃣ No tracking If you don’t know your weights or reps, it’s difficult to know whether you’re progressing. Structure is what drives growth. 8️⃣ Random aches and pains Often comes from poor form, poor exercise selection, or compensation. That can limit progression and increase injury risk. If you’re training consistently but still not seeing the physique changes you should be, you probably don’t need to work harder — you need a better structure. DM me “BUILD” if you want your training, nutrition and progression mapped out properly.
