I would like to introduce Kristen to those who have not met her. She is a local gem!!!

I realized I’ve never formally introduced myself, so here goes!
Hi, I’m Kristen Cronan. Born and raised on Cape Cod, I grew up in Osterville and raised my family
Delaney (22) and Jack (21) in West Barnstable.
By day, I run my family’s building and hardscape supply business, Drywall Masonry Supplies, and my husband Dave owns The 19th Hole, an Irish pub in Hyannis.
My Nantucket basket journey began in 2000 when I received my very first basket as a wedding gift. I immediately fell in love with the craftsmanship and artistry. I was fortunate to find an incredible teacher in Brewster and spent four years learning the tradition and techniques of weaving Nantucket baskets.
Three years ago, I began teaching classes at Spa, and more recently I’ve opened my home on Monday afternoons to continue sharing this beautiful craft with others.
What I love most about Nantucket baskets is that every piece is truly a work of art—handmade, unique, and created with love. The baskets themselves are special, but so are the friendships and connections that are made around the weaving table. I love bringing together women who share a passion for creativity, learning, and community.
