Tiff Smith Massage, Esthetics & Stretch

Back to school massages for my favorite mini clients! Can you guess who fell asleep during their massage? 😴🧡

I think I’m finally ready to share this… I’m opening my schedule back up (in a limited way) for the summer 🤍

This past year I took a step back to homeschool my youngest, and it was something I truly needed to be able to give him my time, my attention, and just be present in that season of life. It’s been really special… but I’ve also missed this work so much.

Starting in June, I’ll be taking on a small number of new clients each month (about 2–3), with plans to fully reopen my schedule again in September. If you’re thinking you might need feeding support this summer, I’d love for you to reach out sooner rather than later so I can try to prioritize you when spots open.

A couple quick things to know:
• Online booking will return in the fall
• For now, all inquiries will go through email
• Beginning in September, I’ll open up to about 5 new clients per month

As always, I work with families over several weeks (typically 3–4 visits across 4–6 weeks), so I keep my schedule intentionally small to really support each parent and baby the way they deserve.

I will still be supporting families at Light House Family Chiropractic as well 🤍 but there is just something so special about being in your homes during those early days, and I’m really excited to step back into that space again.

Did my first sound bath tonight. Had a great time and it was so nice to see some familiar faces! 5 massage and 1 physical therapists all doing their own self care so we can take care of others 🧡 (Katie not pictured)

I felt honored when this beautiful friend group asked me to bring SportStretch to their day! 🧡
