While live sound bowls fill the room with healing vibrations, each guest receives their own individual Reiki session to release, restore and reset your mind, body and soul.

FREE COMMUNITY REST & RESTORE CLASS

We're looking for a few volunteers to join us this Thursday at 7:15 PM for a complimentary Rest & Restore yoga class at The Healing Room Collective.

This class will be led by a potential new instructor, and we'll be capturing photos and short video clips to help introduce both her and our studio to the community. By attending, you're giving us permission to use photos and video from the class for social media and marketing.

If you've been curious about The Healing Room, or yoga all together, this is the perfect opportunity to experience a gentle restorative practice, unwind after your day, and be part of something we're building from the ground up.

The Healing Room Collective in Oswego is growing, and we're looking to add a few passionate instructors to our team!

We're especially interested in adding Restorative Yoga, but we'd also love to hear from teachers who offer unique styles and specialties such as Yin, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Prenatal, Yoga Nidra, Breathwork, Mobility, or other wellness-focused classes.
