Strands and Essence is a full service salon in a relaxing atmosphere. We strive to make your experience with us as unique as you are.
With deepest sorrow, It has been mandated that all hair salons close in Oswego by 5:00 today, until further notice. It is devastating to our salon and to all of our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience that this will cause but we will make it through! It is the best for everyone’s health. If you have an appointment after today it is cancelled until further notice.
